MasterHearts Holiday Series
Seven weeks of conversations inside MasterHearts, November 7 through December 19. Come sit with us through the holidays.
The holidays can be so hard when someone you love has died. There’s the empty chair, the traditions that hurt now, and everyone asking about your plans. You might be telling people you’re fine when you’re not. You might want to skip all of it, and then feel guilty for wanting to. You are not doing grief wrong, and you don’t owe anyone cheer.
Our live grief support membership on Skool. Every week, you can join groups on screen, led by Toni or a MasterGrief™ Certified Coach, with people who understand, because they feel it too. You can talk. You can listen. You can simply show up.
I would love to invite you to join me in our MasterHearts membership on Skool, where we’ll talk through these holiday topics together.Toni Filipone

MasterHearts is a live grief support community where you are seen, heard, and guided — and never left to figure it out alone.
You are not broken. You are not failing. You are not doing grief wrong.
What you're feeling is the natural response of your heart and nervous system to a love that mattered deeply. Grief doesn't follow rules. It doesn't fit into timelines. It doesn't shrink just because we want it to.
That's what's missing for most people in grief. Not more time. Not more willpower. Real guidance. Real presence. A space where someone isn't afraid of your grief and knows exactly how to help you move through it.
Real conversations. Real people. Real grief. And real movement — every single week. We are in there live, on screen, talking, listening, and working through things together in real time.
Not recordings. Not pre-made videos. Not automated responses. You are on screen with a certified MasterGrief coach who can see you, hear you, and work with you directly. Being on camera is entirely your choice — no pressure, ever.
Seven days a week. General grief support plus specialty groups for suicide loss, chronic illness, loss and addiction, and caring for yourself in grief.
These aren't vent sessions. Toni and other Globally Certified MasterGrief Coaches work through anger, guilt, identity shifts, and fear of moving forward — in real time, in the group, with you.
What people keep telling us: it feels like private coaching, even inside a group. You are heard. You are talked with, not talked at. Your grief gets a real response.
Grief is not words on a screen. It deserves conversation, presence, and the kind of connection that reminds you — even in the hardest moments — that you are not alone.
You never have to speak. You can sit, listen, and just breathe. Many people say that simply being in the room — witnessed without pressure — was exactly what they needed.
I created MasterHearts because I kept seeing the same gap. People doing everything they knew to do — and still feeling alone. Still afraid to grieve too loudly, take up too much space, or admit they were struggling more than they thought they should be.
MasterHearts is the space I wish had existed. A place where your grief is witnessed with real presence. Where you're not just told it gets better — you're actually guided through why it hurts the way it does, and what your mind and body need in order to move.
You can move forward without losing them. You can grieve with more love than pain. That is what this community is built for.

11 live support groups, 7 days a week. Find a time that fits your life — and a group that speaks to exactly where you are.
All times Eastern. All groups are live, led by Toni or a globally certified MasterGrief coach.
This is the first time since my loss that I felt truly seen. Not managed, not rushed — actually seen. I didn't know how much I needed that until I had it.
In one week inside MasterHearts I gained more practical tools than I had after years of trying to figure this out on my own. I finally understand what's happening inside me.
For the first time in a long time, I feel hope again. Not because someone told me to feel it. Because I actually have direction now. I have a map.
Having a place where I could listen, share, or just breathe — and nobody flinched at my grief. That alone changed something in me I didn't know was broken.
I've never been in a room — virtual or otherwise — where everyone just got it. No explaining. No apologizing for how long it's been. Just people who understand.
I sat quietly for the first two sessions. Just listened. That was enough. Nobody pushed me — and somehow, that's what started the healing.
Both paths are real. The free community is always here. But if you're ready to actually move in your grief — premium is where that happens.
A real community. A real space to post, share, and receive support. You belong here — and there's no pressure to upgrade until you're ready.
Live support every single day of the week. Real guidance. Real coaches. Real movement in your grief.
You don't have to be certain. You don't have to have the words. You don't have to show up perfectly. All you have to do is show up. We will do the rest — together.

Through her coaching, certification programs, support communities, speaking engagements, and the MasterGrief™ app, Toni challenges the way society views grief. Her philosophy is simple: grief is any change you don’t want, and it doesn’t have to be the end of your story.
Her mission is to help people grieve with more love than pain and discover that grief and a meaningful life can exist together.
I am part of MasterGrief™ because I believe one of the most powerful ways we heal is by serving others.
Breast cancer changed my life in ways I never expected. It made me look at my life differently and understand, in a very real way, just how short and precious our time here can be. Suddenly, the career I had spent years building in beauty and fashion no longer felt like enough. I had become deeply uninterested in creating things that looked beautiful on the outside when my heart was craving something that could make a difference on the inside.
Walking away from a career and an identity I had worked so hard to build was not easy. My ego fought me every step of the way. But somewhere in that letting go, I found something I didn’t know I was searching for.
Purpose.
MasterGrief™ gave me a place where my voice, my creativity, my experiences, and most importantly, my heart could actually serve someone else. I have learned that there is extraordinary healing in being there for another person when they are hurting—to remind them that they are not alone, that their pain has meaning, and that there can still be love, purpose, and life on the other side of it.
I didn’t choose MasterGrief™ because I had all the answers. I chose it because I know what it feels like to have life change in an instant—and because I want to spend the life I have left helping others navigate theirs.
For me, this is no longer about a career.
It is about purpose.
It is about service.
And it is about making the time I have matter.
I spent over a decade caring for my mother through Alzheimer’s. The grief started years before she died. Missed turns. Retold stories. I missed her while she was still here.
I wrote about those years in my memoir, Living Beside the Leaving: A Daughter’s Story of Alzheimer’s, Caregiving, and Loss.
Then came 2024. Four major losses in one year. I went looking for the support I wished I’d had while I was in it. I found MasterGrief™. I trained as a grief coach and founded Grief Clarity Labs.
I work with anticipatory grief, caregiver grief, cumulative grief, and life after loss. I am most drawn to current and former family caregivers, but all are welcome.
My style is steady and direct. I don’t rush you. I ask questions, I listen, and I tell you the truth.
When we work together, we start with where you are right now. You’ll still feel your feelings while we work on finding out who you are outside of your grief. You will always have it, but it doesn’t always have to have you.
Hi, I’m Liv.
For 16 years in the beauty industry, I had a front-row seat to people’s lives. I watched them walk through new beginnings, heartbreaks, marriages, babies, losses, and reinventions. Those years taught me how much people will share when they feel safe and how powerful it can be to simply give someone room to be exactly where they are.
My own world changed when I suddenly lost my Aunt Robbie, one of my biggest cheerleaders, and my childhood friend Natalie to a fentanyl overdose. I learned what it feels like when your world stops while everyone else’s somehow keeps moving. That experience eventually led me to become a certified grief coach through MasterGrief™ Academy.
I’m especially drawn to the losses that leave you trying to figure out who you are now.
If you’ve lost someone you love, I want to know them too, not just how you lost them. I want the funny stories, the quirks, the ordinary moments, and the little things that made them them. I want to know the love behind the loss.
More than anything, I want our conversations to be a place where you can take off the armor, feel deeply seen, and simply be human.
Hi, I’m Whitney.
I have been a Registered Nurse for more than 18 years, with experience working with a wide range of populations and in diverse areas of healthcare, including geriatrics, pediatrics, addiction, rehabilitation, hospice and end-of-life care.
Throughout my nursing career, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate illness, injury, difficult health decisions, end-of-life experiences, and the loss of someone they love. These experiences have taught me that every person’s journey is unique—and that sometimes what we need most is someone who will simply walk beside us.
It wasn’t until my father, Dan, passed away in 2024 that I truly experienced the depth and complexity of grief for myself. His death turned my world upside down. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and uncertain of who I was without him. I desperately wanted the pain to go away. Through my own grief journey and my work with MasterGrief™, I learned that grief does not have to be something we simply endure or overcome. Instead, we can learn to walk alongside our grief—to make space for it, live with it, and carry it with more love than pain.
Pet Loss & Grief
Pets have always been a cornerstone of my life. They offer us unconditional love, companionship, comfort, and a sense of stability that is difficult to put into words.
I have also experienced the heartbreak of losing beloved pets. I understand how profound that loss can be and how difficult it can feel when others may not fully understand the depth of the bond you shared.
Society can view pet loss in many different ways, but when you work with me, I want you to know one thing above all else: your grief is real.
What you are feeling is valid. Your sadness makes sense. The love you shared with your pet mattered, and the loss of that relationship deserves to be honored.
Walking the Grief Journey Together
The loss of my father and the loss of my beloved pets ultimately led me to a new chapter in my life—a new story and a new identity that I embrace wholeheartedly.
Today, I am honored to help others navigate the rocky road we call the grief journey.
I will walk beside you through the rough terrain, helping you weather the stormy days while also making space to recognize and appreciate the moments of light and sunshine along the way.
Sometimes you may need guidance. Sometimes you may simply need someone to listen. And sometimes you may need reassurance that what you are feeling is okay.
Whatever your journey looks like, I want you to know:
You are safe.
You are seen.
You are heard.
And you do not have to walk this journey alone.
