Who we serve

This Site is for general information and education. It is not intended for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, call 911 or your local emergency number. Education, not medical or mental health care

Content on this Site, including courses, support groups, certification programs, and resources, is for educational purposes only and does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Using the Site does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or medical provider relationship. Always seek qualified professional support for your specific situation.

AI Chat Assistant

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant ("MasterGrief™ AI") designed to provide grief education and emotional support in the voice of Toni Filipone and MasterGrief™. It is intended to assist people navigating grief — it is not a medical, mental health, or crisis service.

By using the AI chat assistant, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

It is an AI, not a human. The chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. It is not Toni Filipone, a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional. If you sincerely ask whether you are speaking with a human or an AI, it will always answer honestly.

It is powered by a third-party AI provider. The assistant uses Anthropic's AI technology to generate responses. Conversations are processed through Anthropic's systems and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. MasterGrief™ does not store the content of your conversations after your session ends.

It can make mistakes. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific situation. The assistant is not a medical professional and nothing it shares should be interpreted as medical, clinical, or psychiatric advice. MasterGrief™ is not liable for any information provided by the AI chat assistant or for any actions you take based on that information. Always seek qualified professional support for your specific needs.

It is not an emergency service. The AI chat assistant cannot contact emergency services, verify your safety, or respond in real time to a crisis. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Use of the AI chat assistant does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and MasterGrief™ or Toni Filipone.

It is for adults. The AI chat assistant is intended for users 18 and older. Users under 18 may use the assistant with appropriate parent or guardian awareness and involvement. Children under 13 should not use this feature without a parent or guardian present.

User responsibilities

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

Misuse the Site or attempt to access systems or data without authorization

Upload harmful code or disrupt the Site

Harass, threaten, or infringe on the rights of others

Children and minors

MasterGrief™ provides grief education, support, and resources that may be used by adults, families, teens, and children with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Children under 13 should not register for services, join communities, make purchases, submit forms, or provide personal information through this Site without the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably possible.

Purchases, access, and refunds
If you purchase a product or service, you agree to provide accurate information and follow any additional terms shown at checkout.
No Refunds: All MasterGrief™ product sales are final and non-refundable.
Promotional Offers: Promotional offers are valid for new enrollments at the time of purchase and do not apply retroactively to previous enrollments.
Events and Retreats: Due to the intimate nature of our events and retreats and the need to reserve your spot in advance, all event and retreat purchases are final and non-refundable.

Email Communications: When you make a purchase through our website, opt in to resources, sign up for events, register for support groups, or join our communities, you will be added to our mailing list for updates, tools, and occasional marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Community, group spaces, and 1:1 coaching

If you participate in any community, course discussions, support group spaces we host, or 1:1 coaching you agree to engage respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries. We may remove content or restrict access for behavior that violates these Terms or harms the community.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, videos, audio, downloads, logos, and course materials, is owned by MasterGrief or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without written consent.

Links to other websites

The Site may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterGrief is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, products, or services.
