Grief does not have to be a barrier to living; it can coexist with our ability to embrace life. By acknowledging and honoring grief, feeling the pain, and learning how to create meaning, we can navigate our grief journey while still finding joy, purpose, and connection in our daily lives.
During the grieving process, it is crucial not to give up on life, despite the immense pain and heartache. Choosing to persevere through grief allows us to honor the memories and legacies of our loved ones, find resilience within ourselves, and discover new sources of meaning and purpose. By continuing to live, we create opportunities for healing, growth, and connection, ultimately reclaiming our lives and finding solace amidst the pain.
The way you feel today—in your pain, in your heartbreak—doesn’t have to be how you feel forever.
If you're alive and engaged in life, you're going to experience loss. It’s unavoidable. Breakups, divorce, betrayal, the death of a loved one, losing a job, losing a dream—grief shows up in so many ways. And yet, no one teaches us how to carry it.
Instead, we hear things like “stay strong,” “move on,” or “just give it time.” But time alone doesn’t heal. What heals is having the space to process your grief, to understand it, and to find a way forward that doesn’t erase what you’ve lost—but allows you to rebuild in a way that honors it.
As I always say, finding meaning in life after loss is about creating a new identity, redesigning our future, and learning to grieve with more love than pain.
This is where my work comes in.
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not about “fixing” anything—because grief isn’t something to fix. It’s something to move through, to understand, and, in time, to grow from. In our one-on-one sessions, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, with no judgment and no pressure. Just real support, real tools, and a safe space to process everything you’re carrying. You WILL create. a breakthrough in your grief after only the first session.
The response to this work has been overwhelming, and right now, I have just 4 spots left before a waitlist begins. Once those are filled, the wait time for 1:1 coaching will be 4 to 9 weeks, depending on session length. If you’ve been thinking about this, now is the time.
Grief is different for everyone, but one thing remains the same—having the right support changes everything.
💬 Child Loss – “I worked with therapists and went to support groups, but nothing helped the way working with T did. She didn’t try to ‘fix’ me or make me move on. She helped me make space for my grief and find a way to live with it, without feeling like I was betraying my child’s memory.” – M.K.
💬 Loss of a Partner – “After my wife died, I felt like I was just existing. People kept telling me I’d find joy again, but I couldn’t see how. The first session I had with Toni, was the first time I felt truly seen. She helped me navigate the pain in a way that honored my love for my wife while also showing me how to keep living. I will never forget that.” I have created a new vision for my life and i actually feel more love than pain like she said I would." – D.L.
💬 Estrangement – “Losing someone to death is hard, but losing someone who is still alive? That broke me. And it was so overlooked. I felt abandoned, ashamed, and so, so angry. T was the only person who understood that grief isn’t just about death. She is brilliant and taught me so much. My life started to change immediately after talking to her. She completely changed my system of thinking. Bet investment I ever made." – J.R.
💬 Loss of a Parent – “I lost my mom when I was 16 but it wasn’t until years later that the grief really hit me. Everyone expected me to be ‘over it,’ but I wasn’t. I found T on tik tok and wanted to work with her right away/. She helped me understand that I wasn’t broken for still feeling it. She gave me the support I didn’t even realize I needed.. Working with her gave me life again. My mom sent her to me, I'm sure of it." – S.P.
💬 Divorce – “Divorce felt like a death, but no one treated it that way. I lost my person, my future, and the life I thought I was going to have. When I met T, she was the only one who acknowledged the depth of my grief and explained things so well, and so simply, and it allowed me to to move through it, rather than just ‘getting over it.’ I don’t know where I’d be without her.” – K.T.
💬 Miscarriage – “I thought I was overreacting. That’s what people made me feel like, anyway. Working with Toni showed me that my grief was real, that my loss was real. She helped me process the pain, honor the child I never got to meet, and move forward without feeling like I had to forget.” – L.B.
No matter what you’ve lost, there is still a life ahead of you—one worth living. And as we excavate the pain, my hope is that you’ll find the meaning within it.

"I really liked having T as my coach. She's really nice and helped me not feel so sad about my Dad dying. She said it's okay to miss him and that I'm not alone and it's ok to miss him forever but taught me how to not always be sad. We do fun games and stuff to help me think better and stuff. I like talking to her. She helps people a lot." Client: Age 11
